Refund and Cancellation

All Sales Are Final

All services, digital products, course materials, and Yellow Envelope Seminary correspondence course enrollments and lesson purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a session has been booked and confirmed, once a digital product or course has been accessed, or once a correspondence lesson or enrollment has been processed.

In-Person Services Including the Living Earth Remembrance Immersion

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session entirely. Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Forest Therapeutics.

Physical Retail Products Only

The sole exception to all sales final policy applies to physical retail products purchased from the Forest Therapeutics store, such as incense, oils, powders, statues, and books. These items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused and original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom, ceremonial, or personalized items are final sale. Yellow Envelope Seminary physical course materials are not eligible for return as they are part of an enrolled curriculum.

Buy Now Pay Later

Pay-over-time options may be available at checkout for eligible clients. All installment agreements are handled by the payment provider. Forest Therapeutics does not manage installment payments or approvals.

Privacy Policy

We may collect your name and contact information, email address, billing and payment details, and information submitted through forms, bookings, or checkout.
